Wyckoff Named Assistant Baseball Coach

LANCASTER, PA – Franklin & Marshall College Director of Athletics & Recreation Tim Downes has announced the appointment of Jordan Wyckoff as an assistant baseball coach.

A four-year pitcher for the Dickinson College Red Devils from 2003-06, he led the staff in relief appearances as a freshman and holds the school record for games finished at 18.

A native of Miller Park, New York, he served as a team captain in 2005 and 2006, logged a 1.25 ERA during the 2005 season and earned the Moe Leiderman Leadership award.

A 2006 graduate of Dickinson College with a degree in English and a minor in Philosophy, he is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Sport Management at Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

He will assist head coach Bill Walkenbach as the 2005 and 2006 Centennial Conference champion Diplomats will seek their third consecutive CC title in 2007.

In 2006, the Diplomats finished the season with a 29-11 record for the third most wins in school history behind the 1995 (30-6-1) and 2002 (31-10) teams.
