Lindner & Reindle Named to 2002 NFHCA Division III North/South Senior All-Star Game

LANCASTER, PA - Goaltender Jenny Lindner (Sr., Northport, NY/Friends Academy) and midfielder/defender Alison Reindle (Sr., Fleetwood, PA/Muhlenberg) have been named to the 2002 NFHCA Division III North/South Senior All-Star Game. The game will be held on Saturday, November 23 at 5:30 p.m. on the campus of Springfield College. Lindner was one of two goalkeepers selected to the South Squad, along with Johns Hopkins' keeper Missi Schafhauser, while Reindle was selected as an alternate field player. Through the first 14 games of the season, Lindner has posted a .846 goals against and Conference leading .890 save percentage. Overall, she has allowed 11 goals in 910 minutes of play while recording 89 saves with four shutouts, as the Diplomats are 7-7, 3-3 in Centennial Conference play. Converted to goaltender prior to her junior season, she registered a .782 save and 1.76 goals against average with five shutouts as a junior. For her two-career goaltending career, Lindner holds a 1.33 GAA and .826 save percentage with 43 goals allowed and 204 saves in 2,186 minutes of play. The team's active leading scorer, Reindle has scored two goals and four assists for eight points this year. For her career, she has eight goals and 10 assists for 26 points.
