WASHINGTON, DC - Stephanie Roselle scored twice and Tricia Hines added two assists as the Catholic University of America Cardinals defeated Franklin & Marshall College 3-0 in non-conference field hockey action.

The Cardinals wasted little time as Sondra Pires finished a Hines assist with 32:36 left in the first half for the game-winner. Catholic added to the lead four minutes later as Roselle swatted Hines second assist of the day into the cage for the first of two insurance goals tallied by CUA.

Catholic added the final score with 6:53 left on the game clock in the second half as Roselle sliced through the Diplomats' defense for an unassisted score.

The 3-0 defeat marked the second straight for the Diplomats as Franklin & Marshall College fell 3-0 to Dickinson College on October 21.
