Keever Named to November 3 Centennial Conference Field Hockey Honor Roll

LANCASTER, PA - Franklin & Marshall College forward Eileen Keever (So., Prospect Park, PA/Interboro) has been named to the November 3 Centennial Conference Field Hockey Honor Roll.

In a 1-1 week for Franklin & Marshall, she scored three goals as the Diplomats concluded the 2003 season with an 8-10 record, 4-6 in Centennial Conference play.

Versus #20 Muhlenberg College, she scored both Diplomat goals in the second half as the Franklin & Marshall field hockey team stunned #20 nationally ranked Muhlenberg College, 2-1.

Scoreless through the opening 35 minutes of play, Keever opened the scoring off a Lindsay Mohr (Jr., Pennsburg, PA/Upper Perkiomen) assist at the 44:25 mark of the second half.

Following a Mules' goal, Keever sealed the game by burying a Christine Corkran (Jr., Ellicott City, MD/Glenelg) assist past Mules' goalie Lauren Schram with 10:52 left on the game clock for the victory.

Later in the week in a 3-2 season-ending loss to Swarthmore, Keever tallied a goal to conclude the season with nine goals and four assists for 22 points. For her career, she now has 13 goals and five assists for 31 points.
