Keever, Mohr & Croll Named to 2003 All-Centennial Conference Field Hockey Team

LANCASTER, PA - The Franklin & Marshall field hockey team placed three players on the 2003 All- Centennial Conference Field Hockey Team. Forward Eileen Keever (So., Prospect Park, PA/Interboro) earned first team honors, while back Lindsay Mohr (Jr., Pennsburg, PA/Upper Perkiomen) and forward Brittany Croll (So., Frankford, DE/Indian River) received second team honors. A first time All-CC recipient, Keever tallied nine goals and four assists for 22 points to raise her career total to 13 goals and five assists for 31 points. A member of the September 8, October 20 and November 4 Centennial Conference Field Hockey Honor Rolls, Keever finished second on the team in scoring. In the final week of the season, she earned honor roll mention for scoring three goals as the Diplomats concluded the 2003 season with an 8-10 record, 4-6 in Centennial Conference play. Versus #20 Muhlenberg College, she scored both Diplomat goals in the second half as Franklin & Marshall field hockey team stunned #20 nationally ranked Muhlenberg College, 2-1 before concluding the season with a goal in a 3-2 loss to Swarthmore. A 2002 All-CC first team recipient, Mohr anchored a Diplomats' defense that finished seventh in the Centennial Conference with 2.27 goals allowed per game. Offensively, she scored three goals and three assists for nine points as Mohr has seven goals and eight assists for 22 points in a three-year career. Her best performance of the year came on September 26 versus Haverford College as she scored a pair of goals in a 7-1 rout of the Fords. Joining Mohr on the second team is Croll who led the Diplomats in scoring with 11 goals and five assists for 27 points. A member of the September 23 and October 13 Centennial Conference Honor Rolls, she finished the season ranked among the CC's best in goals (0.61, fifth), assists (0.28, seventh) and points (1.50, fifth) per game as she has 18 goals and eight assists for 44 points in two seasons. In 2002, Croll earned honorable mention accolades after leading the Diplomats in scoring with seven goals and three assists for 17 points. This year, she registered a career day versus Elizabethtown College on September 15 by scoring four goals in a 5-2 victry over the 'Jays.
