LANCASTER, PA – Franklin & Marshall College forwards Eileen Keever (Jr., Prospect Park, PA/Interboro) and Brittany Croll (Jr., Frankford, DE/Indian River) and defender Lindsay Mohr (Sr., Pennsburg, PA/Upper Perkiomen) have been named to the 2004 STX/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III All-South Region team. An All-Centennial Conference first team selection and MVP of the Drew University Tournament, Keever was named to the All-South first team as she led the Centennial Conference in goals and points as she has scored 20-9-49 this season. A 2003 All-CC second team selection, she now has 33-14-80 in her three-year career as she is on pace to rank among the top five scorers in program history at the College. Croll and Mohr were selected to the second team as the pair combined for 20 goals and 10 assists this season. A 2004 All-CC first team selection, Croll’s selection to the All-South team marks her second nod as she was named to All-South second team in 2003. This year, she scored 18-6-42 to combine with Keever for 38-15-91 to make up the best scoring tandem in the Centennial Conference as the duo led an offense which averaged 3.52 goals per game. A member of the September 7 womensfieldhockey.com honor roll for scoring twice in a 3-2 double overtime victory at Drew University, she is among the program’s all-time leading scorers as she has raised her career total to 36-14-86 to tie with Sandy Swope ’84 for sixth in career goals. Further, she is within two goals of fourth place (Ann Ricciuti ’80, 38) and 18 of shattering the program record (Laura Kramedas ’80, 53). An All-CC honorable mention selection this year, Mohr scored two goals and added four assists for eight points while anchoring a defense that allowed 1.41 goals per game. A selection to the North/South All-Star Senior Game on November 20 at Westfield State, she has nine goals and 12 assists for 30 points in her career as she was named to the Centennial Conference first team in 2002 and second team in 2003. Ranked #11 in the final national poll, Franklin & Marshall concluded the season with a 16-5 overall record, as the team tied the program single season wins mark held by the 1982 Diplomats (16-3-1) and established a new scoring mark with 74 goals.
