Croll Ranked Among National Leaders in November 7 NFHCA Field Hockey Statistics

LANCASTER, PA – Franklin & Marshall College forward Brittany Croll (Sr., Lewes, DE/Indian River) is ranked among the NCAA Division III leaders in points and points per game in the November 7 National Field Hockey Coaches' Association (NFHCA) Division III statistics.

The team leader in scoring with 16 goals and nine assists for 41 points, she is tied with Lilly Silva of Plymouth State (17-7-41 in 17 games) and Chrissy Clancy of Virginia Wesleyan (16-9-41 in 19 games) for 19th in points through games of November 7. In addition, Croll ranks 19th in the nation in points per game with an average of 2.28 per contest.

A member of the September 6, 12 and 19 October 24 Centennial Conference Honor Rolls, she has 52 goals and 23 assists for 127 points in her career to rank first in points in the program’s history.

A three-time All-Centennial Conference selection with second team honors in 2003 and first team honors the last two seasons, she is tied for second in goals at the College with Sue Bowen ’80 (52), one score behind all-time leader Laura Kramedas '80 (53).

Ranked #19 in the final NFHCA/STX Division III poll, Franklin & Marshall (12-6, 6-4 CC) will return to action on November 9 at Kean University in a first round Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) South Region Championship playoff game. Game time is set for 5:00 p.m.
