Wright, Juskin & Diplomats Rank Among Nation's Best in March 2 NCAA Men's Basketball Statistics

LANCASTER, PA - Franklin & Marshall College is ranked among the nation's best Division III teams in the February 24 NCAA Men's Basketball statistics for games through March 2.

Franklin & Marshall is ranked in scoring offense (82.8, 23rd), scoring margin (18.4 ppg, fifth), field goal percentage (49.2, 15th), field goal percentage defense (39.6, 24th), three-point field goal percentage (40.5, 14th), rebound margin (8.4 rpg, ninth) and winning percentage (81.5, 23rd).

Individually, center Steve Juskin (Jr., East Hanover, NJ/Hanover Park) rates third in the NCAA with 3.6 blocked shots per game, while guard Jackiem Wright (Jr., Sicklerville, NJ/Moorestown Friends) is 13th in three-point field goal percentage with an average of 44.9 percent through the Diplomats 25 regular season and two Centennial Conference playoff games.

Following a 79-59 win over Moravian College in the first round of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Men's Basketball Tournament on Wednesday, Juskin now has 102 blocks on the year for an average of 3.64 per contest. He has a chance to catch national leader Antonio Ramos of Clarke (3.9), but needs to average eight blocked shots per game for the remainder of the year.

Franklin & Marshall College (23-5) will continue the season on March 8 at home versus Neumann in the semifinals of the ECAC Tournament. Game time is set for 4:00 p.m.
