LANCASTER, PA - The Franklin & Marshall College Department of Athletics and Recreation has announced that the men's basketball game at Lincoln University originally scheduled for January 23 has been moved to January 22. The game will begin at 7:00 p.m. as scheduled. In addition, the January 18 game at home versus 2002 Centennial Conference Champion Gettysburg College will tip-off at 7:00 p.m., not 6:00 p.m. as originally noted, due to the cancellation of the previously scheduled junior varsity game. The Diplomats and Bullets will also start their February 12 game at Gettysburg at 7:00 p.m. due to the cancellation of the scheduled JV game. The F&M-Haverford game at the Mayser Center will start at 4:00 p.m. as the second part of a doubleheader with the women's basketball team. The women will square off with Haverford at 2 p.m. On Saturday, February 22, Johns Hopkins will host Franklin & Marshall at 4:00 p.m., not 7:30 p.m. as scheduled, to abide by the rules of the Centennial Conference which dictate all CC games must be started during the period of 1-4 p.m. For more information or to confirm dates and times of F&M athletic events, check out www.fand.edu/departments/athletics or contact Assistant Athletic Director Ed Haas or Assistant Sports Information Director Tod Gross at 717-291-3838.
