Historically, F&M is 3-0 in Rotary Tournament Championship games versus Lincoln as the Lions fell 90-66 in 1997 and 92-79 in 2000. Overall, the Diplomats will be looking for their 20th Rotary Championship and their 18th in the last 19 years as Franklin & Marshall won the 1981, 1983, 1984, 1987, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 tournaments. F&M's lone loss over the last 18 tournaments came in 1998 when Alvernia defeated the Diplomats 86-76. For Lincoln, the 2006 tournament marks the Lions ninth trip to Lancaster for the Rotary Tournament as the team appeared in the 1995, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 fields finishing second (1997, 2000, 2003), third (1998, 1999) and fourth (1995, 2001). A preseason second team Street & Smith and third team D3hoops.com All-America selection, he has erupted for 40 or more points four times this year dropping 44 versus Albright, 41 against North Carolina Wesleyan and Wilkes and 40 versus Greensboro. Historically, Lincoln has never met either Juniata or Mitchell, while the Lions are 2-10 all-time against Franklin & Marshall since the series began in 1949 as the Diplomats have won the last 10 meetings between the two programs since the Lions last victory in 1951. Juniata returns to the Mayser Center for the second time this season and the first time in the Rotary Tournament as the Eagles enter their inaugural Rotary Tournament with a 5-5 record, 2-0 in the Middle Atlantic Commonwealth Conference. Overall, the Eagles are 1-3 on the road this year as Juniata has fallen at Franklin & Marshall (82-60 L) and Grove City (63-60 L) with a 78-59 loss versus Albion at the Allegheny Tournament and an 88-75 win over the host Gators.
