#12 Diplomats Top #16 Tufts 7-2 in Men's Squash

LANCASTER, PA – #12 Franklin & Marshall College used victories at #2-6 to defeat #16 Tufts University 7-2 in men’s squash action at the Mayser Center.

For the Diplomats, Satyajit Seshadri (Jr., Chennai, India/) took the #2 match over Chris Delaney 9-6, 9-3, 9-7, before Jehangir Aibara (So., Mumbai, Maharashatra/Doon School), Ry Hawley (Fr., Golden, CO/Evergreen), Ed Bryan (Jr., Katonah, NY/Choate Rosemary Hall) and Seth Cruice (So., Darien, CT/Greens Farms Academy) recorded wins at #3-6, respectively, to seal the win for Franklin & Marshall.

Shane Slater (Fr., St. Vincent & the Grenadines/St. Vincent Grammar) added a victory at #7 as he handled Chris Devereux 9-4, 9-4, 9-2, while Evan Burton (Sr., Atlanta, GA/Cranbrook Kingswood) stopped David Linz 10-8, 9-0, 5-9, 10-9 at #9.

Franklin & Marshall (10-6) will return to action on January 29 versus Hamilton College at the Mayser Center. Match time is set for 11:00 a.m.
