Franklin & Marshall Finishes Third at Little Three Men's Cross Country Championship Race

CARLISLE, PA – Harrison Miller (So., Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill) crossed the finish line in 17:00 to place fourth and lead the Franklin & Marshall College men's cross country team to a third place finish at the 2005 Little Three Championship versus Gettysburg College and Dickinson College hosted by Dickinson.

Behind Miller, Pavel Marosin (So., Jackson Heights, NY/Francis Lewis) finished 13th in 17:30, while Joe Burley (Fr., Laurel Springs, NJ/Highland Regional) placed 20th in 17:54. Kellen Thomas (Fr., Harleysville, PA/Souderton) and Bryan Jennings (Fr., South Windsor, CT/Loomis-Chaffee) finished 23rd (18:10) and 24th (18:11) to round out Franklin & Marshall’s top five runners just ahead of Aldace Fleming (Sr., Ridgefield, CT/Ridgefield) who crossed the finish line in 18:12 to finish 25th.

Overall, Dickinson claimed the title by defeating F&M (17-46) and Gettysburg (18-43), while the Bullets edged Franklin & Marshall 27-29.

Franklin & Marshall will return to action on September 24 at the Philadelphia Metro Small College Meet at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia.
