The Diplomats would open up an early lead against the Garnet behind solid hitting from the trio of Emily Green (Sr., Woodstock, CT/Woodstock), Heidi Goedicke (Jr., Spring Church, PA/Elderton) and Kristen Kowalski (Jr., York, PA/Central York). Overall, the three would combine for 45 kills, including a match high 19 from Goedicke, to improve to 11-6 overall, 4-1 in Centennial Conference play.
