Lafferty Named to November 11 Centennial Conference Volleyball Honor Roll

LANCASTER, PA - Franklin & Marshall College outside hitter Maureen Lafferty (Sr., Collegeville, PA/Villa Maria) has been named to the Centennial Conference women's volleyball honor roll for the week of November 3 - November 9.

In a 3-2 loss to Johns Hopkins University in the Centennial Conference Championship semifinals, Lafferty had 11 kills, 21 digs and two service aces to lead the Diplomats as the team concluded the season 15-13, 7-3 in conference play.

Individually the Diplomats have four players ranked among the Conference's best in the November 11 statistics.

Middle blocker Elizabeth Earll (Jr., New Freedom, PA/Susquehannock) ranks seventh in kills (3.30), third in hitting percentage (.334), ninth in service aces (.54) and twelfth in blocks (.61), while Lafferty ranks tenth in kills (2.94), fourth in service aces (.61) and fifth in digs (4.48) per game. Libero Meghan Godorov (So., Orefield, PA/Parkland) leads the conference in digs (6.48) and setter Jen Grue (Sr., Canton, PA/Canton) ranks second in assists (10.40) per game.

As a team the Diplomats finished the year ranked third in kills (12.91), hitting percentage (.209) and assists (12.22), fourth in service aces (2.48) and first in digs (23.00) per game.
