Godorov Named to October 13 Centennial Conference Volleyball Honor Roll

LANCASTER, PA - Franklin & Marshall outside hitter/libero Meghan Godorov (So., Orefield, PA/Parkland) has been named to the October 13 Centennial Conference Volleyball Honor Roll for her performance versus Johns Hopkins and McDaniel College in a Centennial Conference quad-match.

Against Hopkins, she finished with a team high 27 digs as the Diplomats fell 3-0 (30-21, 30-26, 32-30). In the match, Elizabeth Earll (Jr., New Freedom, PA/Susquehannock) and Maureen Lafferty (Sr., Collegeville, PA/Villa Maria) knocked down 13 and 10 kills, respectively, in the effort.

Versus McDaniel, she chipped in 39 digs as the Diplomats held on for a 3-2 (29-31, 30-25, 30-27, 28-30, 15-6) win to improve to 10-9, 3-1 in Centennial Conference.

On the year, Godorov leads the Centennial Conference in total digs (466) and digs per game (7.06).

As a team, Franklin & Marshall leads the Centennial Conference in digs (22.88) and ranks second in kills (12.86) per game and hitting percentage (.190) through 59 games. Further, the squad ranks third in assists (11.93) and sixth in service aces (2.56) per game.

Franklin & Marshall College will return to action on October 18 in Chestertown, Maryland at Washington College versus Swarthmore.
