Phelan Named to September 13 Centennial Conference Volleyball Honor Roll

LANCASTER, PA - Franklin & Marshall College outside hitter Margot Phelan (Fr., Ellicott City, MD/Centennial) has been named to the September 13 Centennial Conference Volleyball Honor Roll.

Last week, she recorded 22 kills on 37 attempts (.541 hitting %) and added an assist and four digs as the Diplomats knocked off Elizabethtown College 3-1 (28-30, 30-16, 30-24, 30-26) for their third win of the season.

In the latest Centennial Conference statistics, she leads the Conference in hitting percentage (.416) and kills (4.93 kpg) as she has connected on 69-of-137 attempts with 12 errors in 14 games.

Following a 3-0 win over Washington College in the team’s Centennial Conference opener on September 15, Franklin & Marshall (4-1, 1-0 Centennial Conference) will continue the season on on September 16-17 at the Lebanon Valley Invitational versus Neumann College, Penn State-Altoona and Haverford College.
