For Franklin & Marshall College, a first half surge in which the team shot 55 percent from the field (11-of-20), including four-of-eight from long range, and 14-of-20 from the free-throw line built a 13-point lead. Guard Dana Johns (Fr., York, PA/Eastern York) added 13 points and a team high three assists, while Tierney and center Lauren Dodrill (So., Timonium, MD/Roland Park) pulled down a game high seven rebounds as the Diplomats outrebounded Gwynedd Mercy 47 to 39, including a 37-24 advantage on the defensive boards.
