Diplomats Rank Among Leaders in January 3 Centennial Conference Women's Basketball Statistics

LANCASTER, PA – The Franklin & Marshall College women’s basketball team ranks among the Centennial Conference leaders in the January 3 statistics. Point guard Dana Johns (Jr., York, PA/Eastern York) leads the way for the Diplomats as she ranks sixth in scoring (15.6 ppg), 11th in field goal percentage (.444), first in steals (4.00 spg) and free throw percentage (.826), second in three-point field goal percentage (.450) and fourth in three-point field goals made (2.25 pg). Center Lauren Dodrill (Sr., Timonium, MD/Roland Park) ranks ninth in scoring (13.4 ppg), first in rebounds (12.6 rpg), eighth in field goal percentage (.463), 11th in blocked shots (.88 bpg), second in offensive rebounds (4.88 rpg) and first in defensive rebounds (7.75 rpg), while Maura Lentz (Sr., Baltimore, MD/Catonsville) ranks 23rd in scoring (9.9 ppg), 11th in assists (2.38 apg), 10th in three-point field goal percentage (.324) and eighth in three-point field goals made (1.38 pg). As a team the Diplomats rank second in three point field goal percentage (.336), rebounding offense (46.0) and offensive rebounds (17.13 rpg), third in three point field goals made (4.75 pg), fourth in defensive rebounds (28.88 rpg), fifth in scoring defense (65.2 ppg) and rebounding margin (+2.6 rpg), sixth in field goal percentage defense (.379) and three point field goal percentage defense (.317) and seventh in scoring offense (62.8 ppg), field goal percentage (.364), rebounding defense (43.4) and steals (9.50 spg). Franklin & Marshall College (3-6, 2-2 Centennial Conference) will continue the season on January 5 at home versus McDaniel College. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m.
