Strunk Named to January 31 Centennial Conference Women's Basketball Honor Roll

LANCASTER, PA – Franklin & Marshall College guard Christy Strunk (Jr., Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny) has been named to the January 31 Centennial Conference women’s basketball honor roll for her performance in a 3-0 week for the Diplomats.

Strunk averaged a team best 15.7 points by making 15-of-27 shots, three of nine from beyond the arc and 14-of-15 at the free throw line with nine rebounds, 10 assists and two steals as the Diplomats went 3-0 with wins at Haverford (68-58 W) and in the Mayser Center versus Bryn Mawr (84-48 W) and Lincoln (75-62 W) to improve to 8-9 on the year.

In the latest Centennial Conference statistics, she ranks 22nd in scoring as she is averaging 10.1 points per game.

Franklin & Marshall (8-9, 6-5 CC) will return to action on February 1 at Johns Hopkins University. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m.
