Diplomats Ranked 9th in April 10 Inside Lacrosse Division III Women's Lacrosse Poll

LANCASTER, PA – The Franklin & Marshall College women's lacrosse team moved to #9 in the April 10 Inside Lacrosse Division III Poll.

Ranked #11 in the March 13 Inside Lacrosse Poll and #10 the last two weeks, the Diplomats have opened the season 7-2 with wins over #13 Washington & Lee (13-10 W), William Smith College (16-4 W), Connecticut College (14-9 W), Drew University (12-5 W), Haverford College (16-6 W), Swarthmore College (15-7 W), Muhlenberg College (18-6 W) and #18 Ursinus College (15-2 W) and losses to #1 Salisbury University (14-8 L) and #4 Gettysburg (8-7 3OT).

One of the most successful Division III women’s lacrosse programs in the nation, Franklin & Marshall has captured six conference titles as the Diplomats have competed in 14 national championship tournaments and recorded a mark of 288-147-3.
