HAVERFORD, PA - Robyn Haertel (Fr., Millburn, NJ/Millburn) finished fourth in the 55 meters (7.7) and seventh in the 200 meters (28.8) to lead the Franklin & Marshall College women's indoor track team at the Haverford College Keogh Invitational.
Anne Blommer (Fr., Ottumwa, IA/Ottumwa) placed fifth (2:32.2) and Sam Pollinger (Jr., Mahwah, NJ/Northern Highlands) 22nd (2:46.8) in the 800 meter run, while Tara Cooney (Fr., Douglaston, NY/St. Francis) was sixth (28.4), Brittney Dhein (Fr., Telford, PA/Pennridge) eighth (29.0) and Emily Bublitz 17th (32.9) in the 200 meters. In the 400-meter dash, Cooney finished fourth (63.1) and Jeannette Finster (Jr., LaCanada, CA/Flintridge Preparatory) was sixth (63.5). Bryn Benford (So., Malvern, PA/Great Valley) placed third (9.73 meters) in the triple jump and fourth in the shot put (10.34 meters). Franklin & Marshall will continue the season on March 1-2 at the Centennial Conference Championships hosted by Ursinus College. 55 Meters
