MONMOUTH, NJ - Bryn Benford (Jr., Malvern, PA/Great Valley) placed sixth in the javelin (107-01), ninth in the discus (110-05) and 15th in the shot put (33-03.00) to lead the Franklin & Marshall College women's outdoor track & field team at the Monmouth Invitational. Tara Cooney (So., Douglaston, NY/St. Francis) placed ninth in the 400 meters (1:01.71), Karen Ziga (Fr., Haverford, PA/Haverford) finished eighth in the 5000 meters (19:22.33), Libby Haas (Fr., Wrightsville, PA/Eastern) placed fourth in the high jump (4-11), Sarah Primak (So., Mifflintown, PA/Juniata) finished sixth in the pole vault (2.25 meters) and Amanda Jaskowak (Fr., Grove City, PA/Grove City) placed 10th in the triple jump (28-05.50) to round out the Diplomats' finishers in the top 10 of their events. Franklin & Marshall will continue the season on April 3 at the Muhlenberg College Invitational. 400 Meters
