Catalano Finishes Eighth in Hammer Throw at Muhlenberg College Outdoor Track Invitational

ALLENTOWN, PA – Alyssa Catalano (Fr., Selinsgrove, PA/Selinsgrove) placed eighth in the hammer throw with a distance of 93 feet (28.34 meters) at the 2006 Muhlenberg College Outdoor Track & Field Invitational.

Kutztown University’s Alison Maurer won the event with a throw of 169-08 (51.71 meters) as her toss bettered the men’s championship throw by over 18 feet.

Franklin & Marshall will continue the season on April 8 at the Richard Stockton Invitational.
