Ziga Named to November 4 Centennial Conference Women's Cross Country Honor Roll

LANCASTER, PA - Karen Ziga (Fr., Haverford, PA/Haverford) crossed the finish line in 27:12.67 to lead the Franklin & Marshall College women's cross country team to a ninth place finish at the Centennial Conference Championships and earn a spot on the November 4 women's cross country honor roll.

For Franklin & Marshall, Meredith Janeczek (Fr., Hershey, PA/Hershey), 53rd in 27:51.88, Amy Toporowski (Jr., Montgomery, MA/Willison Northampton), 54th in 27:53.59, Megan Feehan (So., West Chester, PA/Henderson), 82nd in 30:06.73, and Rebecca Dempsey-Altman (Lancaster, PA), 84th in 30:18.15, rounded out the Diplomats top five as Franklin & Marshall finished with 231 points, three behind eighth place McDaniel and 67 points ahead of Ursinus College.

Franklin & Marshall will continue the season on November 15 at the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regional Meet hosted by Dickinson College
