Janeczek Named to October 6 Centennial Conference Women's Cross Country Honor Roll

LANCASTER, PA -- Franklin & Marshall College harrier Meredith Janeczek (So., Hershey, PA/Hershey) has been named to the October 6 Centennial Conference Women's Cross Country Honor Roll.

At the Dickinson College Invitational, she crossed the finish line in sixth place in a time of 23:37.93 to finish 50 seconds off the winning time of Emily Hulme of Dickinson College (22:47.96) in the 6,000-meter race. Karen Ziga (So., Haverford, PA/Haverford) and Yanira Figueroa (Sr., Mount Vernon, NY/Tuckahoe) finished 24th and 25th, respectively, as Franklin & Marshall placed sixth of 13 teams in combined scoring of the 6,000 and 4,000 meter races.

Franklin & Marshall will continue the season on October 9 at the Goucher College Invitational.
