LANCASTER, Pa. - The Second City comedy troupe will present their marquee touring show "Truth, Justice, or the American Way" as the finale to Franklin & Marshall's 2006-07 Theater Horizons series. The group will perform March 30-31.
Both performances will take place at 8 p.m. Tickets are $5 for students and seniors, $10 for F&M employees, and $15 for off-campus patrons. Tickets for the performance are currently on sale. In Truth, Justice or The American Way, The Second City skewers American politics and morality, giving daring comic takes on everything from current events to relationships, politics, and family life. Both musical and comedic, the show combines up-to-the-minute satire pulled directly from front page news with classic scenes and songs from the group’s vast comedic storehouse. Hilarious, smart, and silly, Truth, Justice or The American Way keeps its finger on the pulse of a nation. The Second City Touring Company has been bringing laughter and joy to packed houses all over North America for more than 40 years. The current revue features the most exciting new comic talent in the country.
