LANCASTER, Pa. - The Phillips Museum of Art at Franklin & Marshall College will feature "Paintings by Paul Yoo" through May 12 in the Sally Mather Gibson Curriculum Gallery. Yoo, a senior from Hanover, Ind., has created a series of atmospheric paintings in acrylic and watercolors.
